Crispy roasted potatoes flavoured with warm cumin, ideal as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
- 1 tsp Lioncroft Ground Cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
| Toss potatoes with oil and spices |
| Spread on tray |
| Roast until crisp |
| Turn halfway |
